9 Items You Didn’t Know You Need For Your Next Trip
When I am traveling, there are some essential item’s I never leave the house without. None of these may seem like life or death, but they make my travels so much better!

Foldable Back Pack - I absolutely love my foldable backpack. I will usually attach it to my purse when walking around all day and can use it if I purchase souvenirs, need to go grocery shopping or need more space on our travels back home!
External charger - When galavanting around all day, I use my phone ALOT! Nothing is worse then not being able to navigate back home or communicate with those when needed. This external charger has enough power to recharge my cellphone twice but is slim enough to fit in my purse!
LifeStraw Water bottle - A waterbottle may feel obvious, but having a LifeStraw waterbottle means you can get clean and safe drinking water any time, any where.
Electrolytes - Whether I’m hiking, exploring a new city or relaxing at a beach electrolytes keep my hydrated and healthy while I’m traveling. This comes in handy especially if I end up getting sick while abroad. Nothing is worse then getting food poisoning, Delhi Belly or eating something that just doesnt sit right - but electrolytes make me feel better so fast!
Probiotics - I take probiotics everyday to keep my gut healthy and my body regular while traveling. You will likely be eating so many different foods and your routine will be different - probiotics help keep your body functioning normally!
Zip Lock Bags - This one is more for hiking, but I always take a few extra zip lock bags with me when I’m traveling. I’ve used these to throw out garbage, to hold souvenirs or to help me organize things I need to bring home. Nothing is worse then not having a bag to throw out your TP on the trail!
Quickdry Towel - I’m obsessed with my Bagail Quick Dry towel! I’ve used this when I randomly go for a swim, or stay at a hotel that doesn’t have towels (its happened!) This is KEY for camping and is something that I never go on a trip without.
Wet Wipe - You seriously can use these for everything. No TP? wet wipe. Need to fresh up after a long flight? wet wipe. Dirty hands? Wet Wipe. I use these EVERY. DAY!
Lacrosse Ball - This may seem like a weird one, but nothing is better then being able to roll out your feet after a full day of sightseeing or massaging the kink out of your back after a long flight. These take up essentially no room so I keep it on my carry-on and I even use it on the flight!
